As a senior graphic, web and brand designer within the in-house creative services agency, I was tasked to create cohesive and on brand marketing for both internal and external audiences and highlight the products and resources available to consumers. Experian was commonly only seen as a credit reporting bureau, but they offered much more to help business and consumers establish trust, build businesses and build up their credit in ways that weren’t possible before. The solution was to highlight their offerings in a friendly, approachable, and positive manner to attract the best talent and highlight quality offerings to consumers and businesses.

Podcast logos and album art
Were created for Experian’s new podcasts which were played on every major platform, provided tips on how to raise your credit score, and aired Experian’s senior leadership on how to level up in your careers. Graphics were created to be fun but professional and highlighted in minimal text and imagery what the podcast was about.
Social media graphics, ads and infographics
Were created for Experian’s new product Boost™ which in part, provided tips on how to raise your credit score. Graphics were branded and modernized to help evolve the brand. The results were successful increase in users to the new platform which helped consumers who didn’t have strong credit, bring their credit scores up to gain access to more resources.
The social media graphics below were thoughtfully brainstormed, branded and created for internal and external outreach which celebrated Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts to help support those whose voices needed to be heard. The results with these efforts helped Experian become a Fortune 100 company which celebrates people’s differences and unique qualities.

Each page is a testament to creating clarity, presenting a wealth of details with an artful touch. The result was an immerseive visual symphony of specifications, thoughtfully designed to transform complexity into a user-friendly experience, ensuring every detail stands out and every feature spoke volumes.
Iconography
I helped to expand on Experian’s iconographic language with over 3 dozen custom-crafted icons. Each icon tells a story, distilling complex concepts into visually appealing and instantly recognizable symbols. Designed to convey information effortlessly, these icons serve as visual ambassadors, guiding viewers through a seamless journey of understanding. The icons were clear, creative, and made every message concise, intuitive, and visually striking.
UX & Websites
These pages were created to be a visually captivating online experiences with thoughtfully designed websites. The digital landscapes were designed to be intuitive, thanks the meticulously crafted DAM called Adobe Experience Manager, seamlessly integrating form and function. From user-friendly interfaces to engaging visuals, every element is purposefully created to enhance the site visitors online journey. I designed the UX including researching and creating the sites from interviews to design and execution. The websites were designed to meet functionality, offering an immersive and effortless exploration of information and services. I was tasked to create the sites from an enterprise level CMS for various projects from internal branding hub, to industry events that managed an e-commerce and registration details and email funnels.
